fuyunghai indomie
Ingredients
1 pack of fried Indomie
2 eggs
1/2 boneless chicken breast, roughly chopped
1/2 tsp cornstarch, dissolved
1/2 carrot, diced (boil briefly)
2 green beans, cut into small pieces, boil briefly
1 sheet of coarsely chopped cabbage
1/2 onion, cut lengthwise
2 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped
Tomato sauce to taste
Chili sauce to taste
Vegetable oil, to taste
Salt & stock powder if it feels less salty
How to Make
1.Prepare the ingredients, boil the Indomie until 1/2 cooked, remove and set aside
2.Add the vegetables, chicken, eggs & half of the Indomie seasoning, mix well with the Indomie
3.Heat the oil, then fry the Indomie mixture until cooked, remove and set aside
4.Sauce: saute the garlic & onion until fragrant, add the remaining Indomie seasoning, add water, tomato sauce &chili sauce stir well, finally add cornstarch solution.
5.Serving: put Indomie omelette on a plate, then pour over the sauce.
